A family firm from Angleur, three generations around metal, one workshop and teams that do everything from A to Z.

Our history

1989

Founded in a cellar

Jacques Gaspard founds the company in his cellar. A general joinery at first, it gradually specialises in building joinery.

1993

The first workshop

From the cellar to a real workshop on rue d'Angleur. The company gets its first walls.

ALU

The aluminium turn, with Jérôme

With the involvement of Jérôme, the founder's son, the family firm takes on the specific market of aluminium joinery, its future core business.

2002

The year everything changed

The move to Rue de Renory 503: from 300 to 1,700 m². Schüco Premium Partner the same year. And the birth of Matis: the third generation arrives.

2013

Minimalism

First Vitrocsa frames: extreme minimalism joins the range.

2015

The big hall

A new 2,500 m² production hall is built, adding to the existing 2,000 m².

2020

The next generation arrives

Matis, Jérôme's son, joins the team. The taste for progress is passed on, like the trade.

2024

Passing the torch

Jacques hands over the management to Jérôme. But Jacques is never far away.

2026

GASPARD.

A new identity, a new website, a new lifting and handling service. The standards stay the same.

Design office, production workshop, warehouse and installation teams live under one roof on rue de Renory. That is what allows a single point of contact to follow your project from the first drawing to the final adjustment.
